The Child Care Council of Westchester works with parents, child care providers, employers, and community organizations to promote the availability of quality child care services in Westchester.  We support child care businesses through a variety of services including training and professional development, help with registration/licensing, CDA credentialing, MAT training, and more.

Of course, membership dues also support the Council’s very important advocacy efforts. This year, we successfully got Westchester County to increase subsidy reimbursement for providers, add $1 million in new scholarships, and once again, reduce the child care subsidy parent co-pay.

Membership rates have held the line once again, and we’ve also reinstituted a $500 cap on the membership fee for child care centers.
