National School Age Care Alliance Accreditation
The National School Age Care Alliance (NSACA) administers a national, voluntary, professionally sponsored accreditation system to help raise the quality of all school age care programs. Ensuring high quality and developmentally appropriate practices in school age care programs benefit children, families and program staff alike.

NYSSACC
NYSSACC can assist programs that want to make quality improvements or that are seeking accreditation in finding Quality Advisors. These NIOST-trained advisors can provide training and technical assistance to support program improvement efforts.

Accreditation Support Project
After-school programs interested in pursuing national accreditation can receive support and mini-grants through a program offered at the Child Care Council of Westchester, funded by the Westchester County Office for Women. The program offers five peer support workshops and program improvement grants to programs ready to undertake the accreditation preparation process.
