The Educational Incentive Program (EIP)
Created to promote the professional and career development of those working in the field of child care and out of school time care. Scholarships are awarded based on financial need and can be used for workshops, conferences, credit-bearing courses, on-site training and credentials within the child care profession.

The New York State Office of Children and Family Services funds the videoconference trainings which are produced by the SUNY Early Childhood Education and Training Program.
