Training and Professional Development > Infant Toddler Technical Assistance & Support

Early childhood programs in Westchester County can access the services provided by the Region 6 Infant-Toddler Resource Center.  The goal of this project is to improve the care of infants and toddlers by promoting and teaching the 10 Components of High Quality Care for Infants and Toddlers. We do this by offering the following:

  • Onsite observation and technical assistance for centers and group family providers
  • In-service training and group workshops that meet OCFS training requirements
  • Telephone technical assistance
  • Guidance and support
  • Assistance in planning and arranging environments
  • Resource library
  • Information on best practices for infants and toddlers
