A family concert in celebration of the
Week of the Young Child

 

The Child Care Council of Westchester invites you to support TOM CHAPIN IN CONCERT on Saturday, April 17 at 1:00 p.m., a fun-filled family concert at Archbishop Stepinac High School in White Plains. The concert will kick off the Council’s celebration of the Week of the Young Child, a national celebration sponsored by the National Association for the Education of Young Children to focus public attention on the needs of young children and their families and recognize the early childhood programs and services that meet those needs.

TOM CHAPIN is a Grammy Award-winning musician, entertainer, singer-songwriter and storyteller.  Adult albums and kids’ albums, contemporary folk and pop, Tom Chapin’s music spans styles and generations. For more than thirty years and through twenty compact discs, Chapin has entertained, amused and enlightened audiences of all ages with life-affirming original songs told in a sophisticated array of musical styles. - more

Prices for Concert tickets are as follows:

Adult Regular Admission--------------$20

Adult Special Reserved Seating-------$25*

Child Regular Admission---------------$15

Child Special Reserved Seating-------$20*

In the event that the concert is sold out, the Council will contact you directly with a refund.
Group Special Offer:
Early care and education programs get a free ticket when they buy 10;
three free tickets when they buy 20.
Tickets sold in blocks will get reserved seating.

SPONSORSHIPS and PROGRAM ADVERTISING
There are many ways to support this event, including becoming a sponsor, purchasing a program ad, donating a raffle item, buying tickets, and spreading the word to your family and friends.  All proceeds will help the Child Care Council of Westchester open up access to affordable, quality early care and education through our many services, including child care referrals and financial assistance; training and technical assistance for child care businesses; workplace seminars and guidance to employers on dependent care issues; child advocacy at the local, state and national levels; and spreading early literacy opportunities for children in need.  Westchester’s “one stop shop” for early care and education, the Council is a nonprofit 501 (c) charity. All donations, both monetary and in-kind, are fully tax deductible according to current IRS regulations.
