We are excited to assist families with Infants and Toddlers in need of basic supplies. We are distributing kits that will include towels, sheets, bibs, diapers and other supplies. To request a kit, child care providers or directors must complete the nomination form on behalf of their parents.
Requirements:
- Child must be 3 months to 24 months
- Child must attend a licensed or registered child care program
- Family must be receiving a DSS subsidy or meet financial requirements and show additional hardship
