We will make every effort to ensure that Council services are available to all clients in our service delivery area, and that clients are safeguarded against unfair practices. We will inform clients of the right to our services, the right to voice a complaint, the right to understand any fees for services before services are rendered, the right to confidentiality, and the right to access our services safely. No client will be limited or denied access to services based on race/ethnicity, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, socioeconomic status, geography, citizenship status, disability or religion. If it doesn’t work, click on “Register” to create a new personal ny.gov account and then try again to apply.
What is the stabilization grant?
$1.1 billion of funds are available to child care providers throughout New York State. The application portal is available through the NY.GOV system.
Those who do not already have an account should log on to https://my.ny.gov and create a personal account.
The application portal will require that you know your program ID number, tax ID number, and an estimate of your monthly expenses.
