Thank you, Digital Arts Experience!

The Digital Arts Experience is giving the gift of education this Holiday season! This year, for every DAE class gift certificate sold, a portion of the proceeds will go directly toward promoting early literacy in Westchester's underserved communities by helping the Council get books into the hands of our children. Learn more about the great classes offered by the DAE here.

Shake Shack recently opened a new location in Hartsdale, and we're excited to announce that the Child Care Council of Westchester has been chosen as their Charitable Partner! We received the profits from their recent soft opening - $12,000 - the most EVER raised during a Shake Shack soft opening! And, we will continue to receive 5% of the sales from the delicious Pie Oh My Concrete Dessert. We hope you'll visit Shake Shack regularly and thank them for being great neighbors! You can find them at 379 North Central Avenue, Hartsdale, NY 10530.

What a Celebration!

A Night to Remember

44687746 1960013567375691 3622269344639090688 oIt was so wonderful to have more than 300 members of the community with us to celebrate our 50th anniversary on October 18th. We honored Dr. Marsha Gordon, Clarfeld Financial Advisors, and Peter and Marian Wright Edelman, and raised $21,000 for our scholarship fund. Most exciting of all, we made many new friends who now recognize that quality early care is the key to all that comes after. We're excited to move forward together to realize our vision for Westchester, where every door is open to every child.

Thank you to everyone who supported this event.
