Sharing incredible news - Westchester Works is in the proposed budget at $3.3 mil. We've given scholarship awards to over 500 children this year and look forward to continuing that support in 2024.

Now it's our turn to thank the County Executive and the Board of Legislators for all their incredible support for child care. Join us at the Board's public sessions:

  • November 16th, Warner Public Library, 121 N. Broadway, Tarrytown, NY, 10591 at 6pm.
  • November 20th, Chappaqua Performing Arts Center, 480 N. Bedford Rd., Chappaqua, NY, 10514 at
  • December 6th, Westchester Board of Legislators Chambers, 8th Floor, 148 Martine Ave, White Plains at 7pm.

Lots of ways to participate. You can observe and clap when others talk about the importance of child care. You can tell your child care story (up to 3 minutes. You can stand alongside someone else who speaks. Plus you can bring your children.
